View Remote Printing when Agent is Physical instead of Virtual Desktop

http://communities.vmware.com

I have been trying to get remote printing working for a few of my executives for a couple of days now, and not having any luck.

If I connect to a virtual desktop, printer redirection works fine, the print jobs come through to the View Client default printer just like they are supposed to. However if I am connecting to a physical computer in the pool, the printer redirection doesn't work at all.

I have checked policy, as well as the registry, but with no luck.

The remote users are connecting to their desktops via View Security Server, and (obviously) using RDP

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

tcu
