have an ESXi 3.5 host. Upon restarting some VMs, it can take up to 60 mins for a machine to become responsive (show the log-in screen). I\'ve attached some screen shots of the host summary and what the cpu cycles look like for the VM that had been restarted. Any pointers to where I could begin troubleshooting this issue? Is there no end to the problems with VMware Server 2?

http://communities.vmware.com –

Eventually get the server software installed, first I couldn't start the web access, had to start the VMWare Host Agent manually.

Now, trying to create the virtual machine, the application just sits at the Hard Disk meny, spinning it's wheels, trying to load who knows what.

This is a waste of time......
