Convert W2K server - error code: 170

http://communities.vmware.com

Hello,

I want to convert a W2K server. The remote agent seems to work. The server is in another subnet as he converter machine. I get the "source details" of the remote server. There is only one warning. Number of CPU its not the same. I tried several settings, but nothing works.
I tried it many times to start the job. But shortly after start it failed with the error message: FAILED: Unable to create a snapshot of the source volume. Error code: 170
The logs are not very useful.

The converter 4.0.1 is installed on a WinXP SP3 machine.

Does anybody has an idea? I attached a screenshot.

Thanks,
Andreas
