Looks like you have set the product edition to VDI and license model concurrent. Can you run "lmstat -a -c @localhost" on the command line on the license server (%program files%\citrix\licensing\ls") and let us know the output....

Changing the Default Columns in Desktop Director/Studio

accessing local drive- dropping connection

I have local C: mapping enabled for my xendesktop users. Whenever anyone tries to access a file on the C: while in citrix (mapped a a V:) it kicks them out of their citrix connection and they have to re connect....
